I discovered My Peak Challenge in January with a commitment to 15 minutes of exercise every day, without fail. I have managed all but 5 days, with many days of 45 minutes or more.
My favorite activity is a walk around my block.

When I say walk, I really mean stroll, hike, march, stride, and meander because I use all of these paces. Can you think of a few more adjectives I might use? The rewards, and there are many aspects, include exercise, fresh air, time to contemplate, time to stretch, to de-pressurize, to meditate, to visualize, to savour, to experience a flood of sensations. The sights, sounds and scents. The changing lights and colours and vistas of my world. The feelings of awed joy and peace. A feeling of serenity and wonder.
